Welcome to the Livingston Avenue Area Commission

The Livingston Avenue Area Commission (LAVA-C) was established in 2008 as an expansion of the Driving Park Area Commission. LAVA-C is the first Columbus area commission to have undergone the expansion process. Our purpose as an area commission is to afford additional voluntary citizen participation in decision-making in an advisory capacity and to facilitate communication, understanding and cooperation between neighborhood groups, city officials and developers. We represent the communities of Driving Park, Hanford Village, Livingston Park and the Old Oaks Historic District.
